What does a credit cover?
One AI message or one SEO review uses one credit, however much research it needs. Reports, dashboards, connections and translations are free, and failed work is refunded.
What happens when credits run out?
AI messages and reviews pause until your next billing period. Your reports, drafts and conversations stay available. There are no overage charges.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Plan & credits in the app. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Credits don’t roll over.
What if I have more websites than my plan allows?
Nothing is deleted. Websites beyond the limit stay readable, with their Google reports, but AI work on them pauses until you add capacity.
Will Liftaven change my website on its own?
No. Every change is a proposal you review and approve. GitHub changes arrive as pull requests you merge.
Can I send reports to my clients under my own brand?
Yes, on Pro and Business. Reports carry your logo, colours and footer, with no Liftaven branding. Download them as PDF, share a private link, or email them weekly or monthly from your own mail server.
How do teammates work?
Invite teammates by email. They sign in with their own account and work on your websites with your plan, credits and Google connections. Choose admin, member or view-only access for each person.
Is there a trial?
The free plan is the trial: a full website check, your first drafted improvement, two conversations and one scheduled review, with no card.
